Good afternoon, Today is Thursday the 28th of February, 2019. Here is a write up about the Station and the town. My Partner and I have visited the town twice in our travels The first time we had lunch at the Bakery, while traveling from Ilfacombe to Augthella. The second time we visited the Wool Scour, which is still operational. The Station is now located in the main street and is used as a display and a Tourist info centre. A great place to visit as there is lots of History to look at. The Railway arrived in Blackall in 1908. The town was first settled in 1864. By 1877 the town had 7 hotels. www.aussietowns.com.au/blackall-qld  This Railway Station Has been re-purposed. It has a Tourist information centre, a Museum and many Australian Displays. Blackall, is on the Jericho to Yaraka Branch line, with Yaraka being the Termius. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Western-railway-line._Queensland
