Cloncurry Railway Station, QLD.

Afternoon, Here is a story about the Cloncurry Railway Station. It is located on the Railway line to Mount Isa. Above is the Inlander train, arriving from Mt Isa. More Photos and Info to follow. Here is another Photo of the Inlander arriving at Cloncurry. For those people who have not traveled to Cloncurry, it has a lot of Railway History available to Photograph. Interpretive signs have been set up at the location of the first Railway Station, so there is a real lot of History available. There is the actual operational Station as well as a Display at the Tourist information centre. Below is part of the display at the Tourist Centre. More info and Photos will follow soon. Tamworth Railway station.

Morning, Today is Thursday the 24th of October, 2019. Here is a story about the Tamworth Railway Station, located on the great northern Railway line of New South Wales. More Photos and Info to follow. The station Opened in January 1882. On the 9th day of the month. Good afternoon, This is an Update for my Newsletter/Blog Page. Maitland Railway Station. Steamfest 2009. So far I have started stories for the following Railway Stations, Gulgong, Barcaldine,QLD. Cooladdi, QLD. Glen Innes. and Sulphide Street Railway Station. I have also done a Special Feature on the Broken Hill Railway Line. All stories are yet to be completed, and more Photos are to be added as well. Oaklands Park Railway Station in Adelaide, before it was replaced with a new one in 2009. Tenterfield Railway Station, December 2011 Tenterfield railway Station, December 2011. Wallangarra Railway station, January 2012. Werris Creek Railway station, January 2012. Good afternoon, Today is Monday the 21st of October, 2019. In 4 weeks this Newsletter, which is Newsletter number 9 should be complete and ready to release. Here is a Write up about the Gulgong Railway Station. Gulgong Railway Station was opened, on the 14th of April 1909. The Broken Hill Railway Line-Special Feature.

Good Morning, Today is Wednesday the 16th of October, 2019. For some time now I have been investigating the 1919 Broken Hill Railway Station, and in doing so have picked up on a lot of the History of the Broken Hill Railway Line, which was opened in stages. One of the sections of the line was opened in 1919, between Broken Hill and Menindee. Menindee Railway Station.  Above is a Photo from Bundy Colonels Collection. Photo taken in January 1987. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broken_Hill_railway_line In the above link there is a list of Stations and sidings that were on the line in the early days, 40 plus have been listed. The Trida to Menindee section of the Railway Line was completed in 1927, in November. The First Broken Hill Express Passenger train arrived in Broken Hill on the 7th of November 1919, when the line opened from Trida. I remember reading some where the first passenger train was on the 20th or the 25th. Will have to check my notes. As well...
