Good Morning,

Time for an update on the Progress of My Newsletter/Blog Page.

Many thanks to those people who have showed an interest in this creation, it just seems to become more popular than ever as time rolls on.

I have added a couple more Stations and a story about the CPH Railmotors.

So far I have done a few stories, with more info and Photos to be added to all of them.

In just over 3 weeks I hope to have this issue complete, so I have plenty of work to do yet.

Merriwa Railway Station, looking a little different in June 2017. Many hours of work have been done at the site, with concrete Plans for the Future. Many Thanks to all the Volunteers who have worked at the site since November the 13th and 14th, 2010.

Raglan Railway Station, 7 kilometres from bathurst, now has a Committee looking after the Future of the Station.

Glenreagh Railway Station, The Grasps Committee recently had a meeting with ARTC, to help progress Plans to obtain a Lease. They are also working with the Clarence Valley Council in relation to the lease. Photo was taken legally by a Railway Worker.

Above is the 1919 Broken Hill Railway Station, Photo taken in May 2016, outside of the Rail Corridor. Currently, residents from Broken hill are working on getting a Committee together to Restore the Station, as it recently celebrated it's 100th year.

Good Morning, I hope you are all Well and happy, News about Raglan Railway Station, Possible Pedestrian Crossing at Raglan Railway Station, I have been in communication with Amanda from UGL, and, she has advised that I need to Contact Transport for NSW. Contact with Transport for NSW has been made and I am waiting for a Response. Hopefully it will be good News. Friday afternoon 3-11-2023, Transport for New South Wales are going to investigate more and will get back with what ever info they find out. Many thanks to them for getting back to me. Saturday Morning, 4-11-2023, For those that may be concerned about my involvement with this Railway Station, it has been happening since I started the Facebook Page, back in 2018. Regional Rail Passenger services.

Good Morning, Today is Saturday the 18th of January, 2020. For the past few years I have been investigating the Possibility of Extending Regional Rail Services in South Australia and New South Wales. In the process I have copped a lot of Flack, but all I am trying to do is give a Passenger service to the people in Rural Australia. In March 2019 I contacted UGL. Ian Pendlebury is the person I spoke to about building a new single Railcar which are driveable from Both Ends. From the emails, and, a Phone conversation I had with Ian, it was pointed out to me that it would be too expensive to have a New one built. He suggested that I contact a Manufacturer who has Railcars already in Production. I contacted Bombadier in Melbourne, but they did not answer my email, so I will need to try and contact them next week.
