Update on Stockinbingal Railway Station.

Good Afternoon,

This Post is especially for Phil Buckley.

Sorry, But you need to get the facts.

Then report on them in the correct manner.

On the 19th of August I contacted Michael McCormack's Office about the Stockinbingal Railway Station, If you had bothered, you would have found out it is a very complex situation.

I had an email back from his Office explaining the Situation a little better than what I understood it to be.

The Station is owned by the NSW Government.

Any requests for repairs should be directed to the Transport Dept, is my understanding.

I have been advised the Lease ARTC has is only for Operational Management.

The Railway Line in front of the Station has been seconded to the Inland Rail Project.

So you see it is my understanding that it is Andrew Constane's responsibility to see that the Railway Station is repaired.

Your write up has lots of holes in it, There is no responsibility for John Holland as far as I am aware.
And you have written my name in it which is a No No, and you know it.
As I said it is complex, and before you write about it.
FIND OUT THE FACTS.
Responsibility lies with the following.
Transport for NSW- Andrew Constance.
Federal Government-ARTC,
ARTC- Operational Management only.
Federal Infrastructure and Transport Minister-Michael McCormack.

I have been advised what to do by the person I spoke to at Mr McCormacks Office.
Could be a long process.
Brian Leedham.

  1. Ah yes good old phil sticking his nose in where its not wanted.
Maybe he can save the station instead and your correct john holland has nothing to do with the station so he has his facts wrong there yet again.
I hope people are getting checked for covid 19 after he visits areas as he lives in sydney and there is lots of cases in sydney.
Better yet he shouldnt be travelling at all as he could be taking covid to the bush.
You know he cant report the facts correctly and makes up stories to make him self look good
