A Change for 2021.

Good Morning, Today is the 31st of December, 2020. Tomorrow we all start a New Year. My New Year starts with a New Blog, with a New Url and a New Website display. This current Newsletter Blog Page has had 45,000 plus visitors and I am hoping that number will increase to 80,000 or 90,000. Lease Updates-30-12-2020

 Good Morning, A person in NSW wants to know what is happening about particular leases in NSW. He already knows these three projects are run by committee's , but has to make a song and dance about the one person who started these Projects. I am advised of Progress but it is not up to me to make that information available to the Public. Buckley if you want to know the correct information contact the Committee's and maybe they will be able to give you the information you crave for. In the meantime, what these Committee,s/ groups are doing to progress their groups is their business, and if they choose to keep the information to themselves, that is their business. Use some of your so called PR skills to talk to these people, maybe they will give you info, maybe they won't. You already know there are correct channels to use to gain information. Some Facts about the Girilambone Project-28-12-2020.

 Good Morning, Here's some facts about the communications I have had with various people regarding this Project. My emails date from the 18-04-2019 to the 27th of the 09-2020. I have had recent Phone calls about the Project with Timothy Riley, the site Manager. I spoke to him about going to the Site on Thursday the 17th of December. That Phone call was made on Monday the 14th of December. He advised that contractors would be working on site. So I made myself known to the Boss when I arrived and he confirmed my Phone call with Timothy. The General manager, Derek Francis advised in an email in July, that interest in this Project was intense. He had many enquiries about what was happening. Other persons I communicated with, Are the Following, David Coulton at JRH. David Millar at Bogan Shire Council. Cathy Ellison @ Bogan Shire. Paula Riley @ Bogan Shire. Derek Francis@ General Manager, Bogan shire And  Timothy Riley, The Site Manager at the Girilambone Railway Restoration Site. ...

A Requirement-27-12-2020.

 Good Evening, Today is Sunday the27th of December, 2020. On the 3rd of November, 2020, I registered New South Wales Heritage Railway Stations and Infrastructure with ASIC, as a Business name, under my Name. From the 1st of January I will be requiring Payment of $10.00 per day for the use of that name. I will be advising the appropriate person of this on the first of January 2021. Brian Leedham. Good Afternoon, On the 1st Of January I sent an email to Diane Holdsworth, advising that her son would be required to pay $10 per day if he continues to use my Registered Name. For the month of January it will be $310.00. If it is not paid on time there will be a $100 extra fee added. The money raised will be paid to Heritage Railway Groups who need help.

Girilambone Railway Station-22-12-2020.

Good Evening, This is an up to date Write up about the Restoration Project on the Girilambone Railway Station, First Opened on the 2nd of September 1884. Passenger services stopped in 1986. I visited the Station on Thursday the 17th of december for a Specific Photo shoot with the appropriate permissions form the Site manager and the On site boss of the day. After the Restoration is complete, It will be a Visitor Hub, Consisting of, A Museum, A Cafe, An Art Gallery, An Artisit's Workshop and  A Free campsite. When I passed the site on the way back to Trangie, the New Toilet Block had all the Sheeting on the Walls. The Roofing for the Verandah will be done in Jan-Feb 2021. The rest of the Paint striping will be done as well. Completion date will be May/June if all goes to plan hopefully. Regards, Brian Leedham.
