Wednesday the 16th of December saw me set off on a 3 day adventure to the North West of the State.
Stopping at the Victoria Street Railway Station in Maitland, then stopping again at Narromine for Locomotive Photos and some of the Railway Station.
Overnight at Trangie, for the next leg on Thursday the 17th of December.
Travelled to Girilambone for the Photo Shoot of the Girilambone Railway Station Restoration Project.
Then up to Coolabah to get some Photos of what is left.
Drove back to Trangie to Trangie South to get Photos of Containers being moved around ready for transport by Train.
Then back to the Park for a well earned rest.
Friday the 18th I headed home, making stops at a Railway Bridge to get a Photo or two, stopped at Dunedoo for Fuel and some Photos of the Station. The on to jerry's Plains for a Pitstop, then on to East Maitland for a Drivers Rest.

The Next day I set off From Trangie, stopping for some Photos at Nevertire, then on to Girilambone for a Big Photo Shoot, then on to Coolabah to Photograph what is left in the way of Railways there. By this time it was getting hot, so drove back to Trangie , with a Quick visit to the Trangie South Cotton Gin, where containers were being prepared for their train trip.
As you can see, there has been much progress made with the Restoration of the Girilambone Railway Station. Full Credit to all who have been involved so far.

The Next Update I will have more about our Travels in 2014.
This Newsletter/Blog Page.
I created this Newsletter/Blog Page, for the Purpose of Sharing my Railway Station Photos of which I have taken in 5 different States of the country.
Since starting this Newsletter/Blog Page in July 2018, there has been 47,906 Visitors to the site, which is no big deal as the site was created for the less fortunate, who may not be able to travel to these locations.
This site was not created to copy anybody else, it was merely created to share all my Photos I have taken since the late 90's.
My interest in railways started a long time ago when I used to watch trains at the Keith Railway Station in South Australia. I was still going to school at that stage, so that was in the early 60's. I also travelled on the Bluebird Railcars between Keith and Adelaide. As well as the Melbourne Express and the Blue lake Train.
The Newsletter/Blog Page has evolved since I started it as it now covers many different Railway related topics.
In the New Year it goes to a new Web address, and a New Website.
I will be advising everybody of the New Newsletter/Blog Page in the New Year.
Wauchope Railway Station is getting an Upgrade.
The last 3 Photos were taken on the 14 th of November 2020.
