Update 21-01-2021.
Good Morning,
Today is Wednesday the 20th of January, 2021.
Tomorrow, the 21-01-2021, there will be Major Update.

POLICE.
In January 2019, a Senior Constable communicated with Myself by email and Phone, and, as far as I am aware, the Female Senior Constable Visited the Home of Diane Holdsworth and Phil Buckley, and a decision was made to stop writing about each other. What a Bloody Joke.
In September 2020 I contacted the Port Macquarie Police, asking what I could do about my situation. Their advise was to take out APVO.
APVO
On the 20th of September, 2020, I set about taking out an Apprehended Personal Violence Order against Phil Buckley, The reason was the continued abuse, written on his Facebook Pages, In his Newsletter, and, on the South Oz Rail Forum. This had been happening since April 2010. I wanted it brought to an end. But here we are 4 months down the track and the Crap is still Happening. One of the reasons for the APVO was that Phil likes to use different names when he is referring to me, Like, Heritage Railway Station Restoration person/worker, whatever. In the last Newsletter He created, he referred to me as, the "South Australian born Heritage rail restoration project developer, Brian Leedham". I have only ever been a Volunteer in Heritage Railways, that's all. In April 2020 he contacted my sister, who he does not even know, but still sent her a Private message. To do that he would have had to enter my Personal FB Page, access her name and contact her. A very devious thing to do.
MEDIATION.
Mediation came about, due to advise given to me by the Port Macquarie Court.
The Mediation is being conducted by the Community Justice Centre, which is part of the NSW Courts, which Hopefully will happen soon.
ABUSE AND HARASSMENT.
When you write stuff on the Internet, it has to be the Truth.
Recently there was discussion about me traveling to Queensland.
In his messaging, Philip made it very clear we should not have gone to Queensland.
No where in his messaging did he mention we had permission to be there, because we went thru the correct channels to make it happen. His write ups were deliberate in trying to make me look like the Badie. In actual fact we did nothing wrong. We stayed with Relatives, we did not venture out to Shopping Centres.
I traveled to a Railway Station to take Photographs. It was a Public Holiday, so there were very few people around, and I practiced social distancing. Once I finished I traveled back to the place we were staying.
At the time, for us to enter Queensland, we had to make an application to the Queensland Government to enter, which was done and our stay was approved. Part of the Application was a Big G printed on an A4 sheet of Paper to be displayed in our Windscreen when traveling over the Border.
So you see we did everything correctly, but the way the messages were written by Phil and his Friends, I was in the wrong. Sad, really sad.
Most of the abuse is about the Railway Station Projects that I have been involved in, or am currently involved in. Once again, what Projects I work on are no business of Phil Buckley, David Peters, Diane Holdsworth or Elvis Sheather/John King. Nothing wrong with you having an opinion, but once again writing stuff that is untrue is WRONG, completely Wrong.
WRITING POSTS ON THE SOUTH OZ RAIL FORUM.
On many occasions you have been asked to stop using this medium to vent.
But no you still use it to write things about what I am doing, most of the time the information is incorrect.
You either use my full name or my initials, or refer to me in some other way.
It really is time to STOP.

Today you have done another write up about me on the South Oz Rail Forum.
You constantly write about me when you feel the desire.
You have been asked not to use my name.
You are like a Petulant Child, Stuff him I will do it anyway.
Recently you were involved in messaging about me with Phil, Elvis and David Peters.
Why do you keep doing this.
Your son is the same, Stuff him I will do it anyway.
But you always cry the victim.
You are both not able to leave it be.
Philip follows all of my Pages, or he gets somebody else to help him.
It has to stop Diane, that means no more writing about what I do on the Internet, as it is NONE of your Business.
Both of you are too gutless to Email me or Phone me to sort this out. You have to write it Publicly, which is a coward's way out
Yesterday your son wrote about me and How I was being Investigated by the Police.
At this time, 3.40 pm, Wednesday, the 20th of January, the NSW Police have not contacted me.
I thought that when you both agreed to Mediation you would stop writing about me, How silly I was to think that. I also think it is extremely disrespectful that you would do this as we are doing Mediation through the New South Wales Courts. Or supposed to be at least, don't really know if it is going to happen.
PHIL BUCKLEY.
Phil has been using a Carriage of Service to constantly damage my Name and my Reputation.
He has been asked to stop many many times, but no he keeps going.
Writes about the Leases of 4 Projects I have been working on.
Then also writes about how many Railway Station Projects I have. The last number he quoted was 28 Stations. That number is incorrect. Once again, good to find out the Truth , then write about it.
He also writes about how many Websites, Facebook Pages or Blogs I have. The last figure quoted was 120 I think it was. Sorry I do not have that many.
The Damage that has been caused by all of this continual abuse, is unbelievable, but understandable because it has been relentless.
Before Christmas I wrote on my Railway Forum I was going on Holidays. Oh that's a No No. somebody could Burgle your house. That's what was written about my message.
Recently I wrote on my Facebook Media Page I was going to travel to Merriwa. Phil's friend, Elvis Sheather/ John King did a write up about not traveling during the Covid Crisis. Silly part is I wrote the message to see if others would write about it else where. And , sure enough that's what happened.
REGISTERED BUSINESS NAMES.
Prior to me Registering the two names, they were not Registered.
Registering the names was to try and bring things to a Halt.
Legally I can ask for money for the Use of my Registered Business Name.
SATURDAY THE 23RD OF JANUARY.
Today at 9.09 am Philip Buckley decided to write a post about me , because I posted about Girilambone.
He has written a whole heap of lies once again
With others chipping in and giving support.
It really would be good to tell the TRUTH.
So that those who choose to read this understand, all I have every wanted is for the Abuse to stop. That means Stop writing about Me or what I do. Sorry to Bore you all with this, but something had to be done, and I believe I have taken the right course.
