It is believed that Dundee once had a Station like the one below. Trouble is there does not seem to be any info around about it. Good Morning, Today is Monday the 31st of August, 2020. I will be doing an Update on my Newsletter/Blog/Page today, which should be complete sometime this Afternoon. On Tuesday the 25th of August, 20 20, I headed North West to Merriwa, Dunedoo and Trangie, buying Fuel at DUNEDOO, and spending money on a Cabin for a overnight stay, a meal at the Bowling club, and Food for the Next day at the Bakery. Before I left Trangie I filled up with Fuel as well. Good Morning, Further communications with a Resident from Stockinbingal has set me straight on the situation regarding the Station Building/Buildings. Photo Sourced from Wikipedia, Taken by Bidgee. There are several reasons WHY a Restoration Project has not been put in place. It has become an Ugly Duckling if you like. Nobody wants it. But that is not true. The people of Stockinbingal, ( Population around 200 ) want to restore it, But do not not have the capacity to proceed with a Restoration Project. The Transport Minister says it is ARTC's responsibility. The Local member says it is the NSW Governments Responsibility. So you see it is all about Buck passing. It could be Restored if a Group of Government departments, both State and Federal, got together and formed a Working Party  to make it happen.  Good morning, Today is Sunday the 30th of August, 2020. This Write Up Story is about the Nyngan Railway Station. Located on the Main Western Railway Line from Sydney. I arrived at the Station, at about 8.30 am and took my Photos and then traveled on to my next destination. More Photos and Info to follow.

Good Afternoon, This Post is especially for Phil Buckley. Sorry, But you need to get the facts. Then report on them in the correct manner.   On the 19th of August I contacted Michael McCormack's Office about the Stockinbingal Railway Station, If you had bothered, you would have found out it is a very complex situation. I had an email back from his Office explaining the Situation a little better than what I understood it to be. The Station is owned by the NSW Government. Any requests for repairs should be directed to the Transport Dept, is my understanding. I have been advised the Lease ARTC has is only for Operational Management. The Railway Line in front of the Station has been seconded to the Inland Rail Project. So you see it is my understanding that it is Andrew Constane's responsibility to see that the Railway Station is repaired.
