Grenfell Railway Station, NSW.

Good Morning,

Today is Saturday the 22 of February, 2020.

This Write up is about the Grenfell Railway Station, which has been closed for many years, is maintained by the local Lions club, and, is very popular with Tourists, as it Has a dump point for Caravaners and Campers.

The above Photo was taken in January 2012, when I was doing a trip to Adelaide from the Central Coast of NSW.

The Goods Shed is used as a Mens Shed facility now.

This Photo was taken while we were traveling with the Van, from Gundagai to Parkes in January 2016.


The Last 2 Photos were taken in July 2004, during another trip to Adelaide.

The Station Opened on the 7th of May 1901.

Passenger services ceased in 1974.

The Station was heritage listed in April 1999.

Good Morning, Today is Friday the 31st of January, 2020. Here's some info about the Bungulla Railway Station. It was located on the GNR of NSW between Tenterfield and Bluff Rock. Opened on the 9th of December 1891. Closed in 1975. Photo from Nathan Johnston's collection, taken on the 29th of September 2001. Photosourced from the NSWRAIL.NET, Webpage. This LOCO/Power Car is used regularly on the North Coast line to Casino and Brisbane. Starlight Express, XP 2013, heading north on an XPT Passenger service at 1.53 pm on November the 14th. 2020.
