Some Important Facts about this Project.

In the past, I have never said I was going to save this Station.

What I did do was make an application for a Lease to start a B&B Business at the Station, this is why I have an interest in it, and , Why I am following it's Progress


Kudo's to the Council and the State Government.

I stopped my Plans for the B&B when the Government gave out the Grant thru the Drought Stimulus Package.

The application I made to JRH and the Bogan Shire council, was Genuine, as I had many communications with Council people. This happened between the 18th of April 2019 till the 22nd of July 2019.

So this is why I have such an interest in the Project, and why I have made the effort to get Progress Photos. I will be going again in the New Year.

    Amazing how other people had to race out and copy your photos.
    One has to wonder if they really did go out in early dec or maybe it was just the other day when they shouldnt even be travelling due to covid in there area

Good Morning, Today is Friday the 31st of January, 2020. Here's some info about the Bungulla Railway Station. It was located on the GNR of NSW between Tenterfield and Bluff Rock. Opened on the 9th of December 1891. Closed in 1975. Photo from Nathan Johnston's collection, taken on the 29th of September 2001. Photosourced from the NSWRAIL.NET, Webpage.
