As far as I am aware the Project actually started in March 2020,

There was a Security fence put up in March,

The safety Fences on the Platform were put up prior to July 1st 2020.

Good Morning, Today is Friday the 31st of January, 2020. Here's some info about the Bungulla Railway Station. It was located on the GNR of NSW between Tenterfield and Bluff Rock. Opened on the 9th of December 1891. Closed in 1975. Photo from Nathan Johnston's collection, taken on the 29th of September 2001. Photosourced from the NSWRAIL.NET, Webpage.
